Our business is defined by personal service and we'll do everything we can to make sure that you're completely satisfied with the products and services we provide. However, some things are beyond our own control, so here's what we can and cannot do to ensure your satisfaction.Damage in shipping
Please check your shipment as soon as you receive it for any sign of damage to the box or contents. If something's wrong, please contact us immediately. We’ll ask you to keep the original packaging, together with the damaged goods, because we may ask you to return them to us so that we can make a claim against the delivery company. We might also ask you to take a photo of the damage and sent that to us too. But in any case we'll work with you immediately to remedy the situation. Please note, however, that we will not consider any claim for damage in shipping more than 48 hours after the time the shipment is delivered.Damage after receipt
The products we sell all carry manufacturers’ warranties of at least one year for materials and workmanship but they are not guaranteed against breakage or abrasion after you've received the product. In other words - please read all installation instructions carefully and be careful not to drop or scrape the surface of your purchase. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.Colour fastness
If your sign or other product has been painted by hand, or even powder-coated, please be aware that all
exterior paints fade and discolour over time - just like the paint you use to paint your house. In normal circumstances, however, you can expect your signs and other exterior products to give you many years of pleasure. To keep them looking good, just wipe them down occasionally with clean water. Some products will also benefit from a light wiping with a neutral furniture wax. In the event that you ever feel that a house sign or similar product could do with a complete refurbishing we'll be happy to review your options with you on a product by product basis. Several manufacturers offer repainting services at preferred rates.What if you just don't like a product when you get it?
- If it's a stock, non-personalised, product:
Please contact us right away. If we can’t solve the problem immediately you can send the product back to us, (we’ll tell you how). Provided the product is still in the same condition in which it was delivered to you we'll refund your money or exchange the product with no questions asked.
- If it's a custom-designed, made-to-order, product:
Sorry: all made-to-order sales are final. Provided we have delivered a product that matches the specifications you ordered, is free of defects and meets all the standards of materials and workmanship that you can reasonably expect from the description on our website, then we have delivered the work we were commissioned to undertake and legally, the sale is done.
That being said, however, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction we’d like to know about it and we'll see if there is anything we can do. Your satisfaction truly is our prime concern.
